Q: I am having trouble logging into the parent/student portal. Whom should I contact?
Mid August to mid June - Please contact your child's school
Late June, July and Early August - Send an email to OLRegSupport@lps.k12.co.us. Please include the following information in your email or message:
- Full name of your child/ren that is/are attending school
- School the child is attending and the grade
- The name of one of their current or past teachers
- Your name and relation to the student
- Home address and phone number
Once we have confirmed your information, we will work with you so that you can use the portal.
Q: How do I get my parent portal account?
A: Send an email to OLRegSupport@lps.k12.co.us and include the following information

Once we have confirmed your information, we will send you your username and password so that you can use the portal.
